These terms govern the use of the marketplace at [ DOMAIN ], operated by [ LEGAL ENTITY NAME ], [ REGISTERED ADDRESS ] (“we”). By using the marketplace you accept them.

What this marketplace is

We provide a place where people in the Kashmir valley list things for sale and talk to each other about them. We are an intermediary. We are not the seller. We do not own, inspect, store, deliver, guarantee or insure anything listed here, we are not party to any deal struck through the site, and we take no commission on it unless we have told you otherwise in writing.

A verification badge on a member means only what the badge says it means: that an identity was checked. It is not a statement about the item, its condition, its price, its ownership or the seller's honesty.

Who may use it

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
• One account per person. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must give a working mobile number and keep your details accurate.

What you may not list or do

You may not use the marketplace to post, or deal in, anything that:

• belongs to someone else, or that you have no right to sell;
• is unlawful to sell or to own, including weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs, prescription medicines, wildlife and wildlife products, tobacco to minors, or counterfeit goods;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trade mark or other rights;
• is obscene, defamatory, invasive of someone's privacy, harmful to a child, or promotes hatred or violence against any group;
• impersonates another person, or misrepresents who you are or where you are;
• is deceptive about the item, its condition, its history or its price, including bait listings and listings for items you do not have;
• is a scheme to take money in advance, or to move a deal off the marketplace in order to do so;
• contains someone else's personal information, or your own contact details inside the advertisement text;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.

You also may not scrape the marketplace, attempt to break its security, send automated traffic to it, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Reviewing and removing listings

Listings are reviewed before they appear. We may refuse, edit, hide or remove any listing, and suspend or close any account, where we believe these terms have been broken or where we are required to act by law or by a court or government order. We will tell you why when we can. You may ask us to reconsider by writing to our Grievance Officer.

Dealing with other members

Any deal is between you and the other person. Meet in a public place, inspect what you are buying before you pay, and never pay an advance to someone you have not met. We cannot recover your money and we do not mediate disputes about price, quality or delivery.

Content you post

You keep ownership of your photographs and text. You give us permission to host, display and reproduce them for the purpose of running and promoting the marketplace, for as long as your listing is up and for a reasonable period afterwards in our records.

Our liability

The marketplace is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a deal between members, from anything a member says or does, from an item bought or sold here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, law and disputes

We may change these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [ CITY ] have jurisdiction.
